Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Sentez Inc. ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Inkfit — a photo-based AI tattoo try-on and design app (the "App"). By using Inkfit, you agree to this Policy.

1. What we collect

  • Device identifier: a pseudonymous identifier tied to your device and App Store account, used to sync purchases, restore subscriptions, and link your content to you. No sign-up or email is required.
  • Onboarding answers: tattoo experience, goal, preferred styles, and color preference — used only to personalize your idea gallery.
  • Body photos: photos you capture or upload for try-on. Stored with your device identifier and removable from the app at any time.
  • Design inputs: text prompts, style/color selections, uploaded reference designs, and any consent confirmations tied to uploads.
  • Try-on results: 2D and 3D composited images generated from your inputs.
  • Subscription data: subscription state and receipt validation via Adapty and the App Store.
  • Usage analytics: anonymized events (onboarding, generations, try-ons, paywall views, subscription success) used to improve the product.

2. How we use your data

  • Personalizing your idea gallery and design suggestions.
  • Running AI design generation and 3D try-on compositing.
  • Content moderation — every generated or uploaded image is passed through an NSFW/inappropriate classifier before it is shown.
  • Managing your subscription and restoring purchases.
  • Improving the product with aggregated analytics.

3. Third parties

  • fal.ai — AI image generation and 3D try-on compositing pipeline.
  • Adapty — subscription and paywall management.
  • Firebase — cloud storage, crash reporting, and analytics.
  • Mixpanel / Firebase Analytics — anonymized product analytics.
  • Apple App Store — billing and subscription lifecycle.

4. Your rights

You can delete any uploaded body photo or design from your Collection at any time. You can request deletion of all data tied to your device identifier via hey@sentez.co. We do not sell your personal information and we do not train public models on your body photos.

5. Content ownership & consent

Designs from the Inkfit library are owned AI-generated content. When you upload your own design, you must confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use it. Uploaded content flagged by moderation is removed.

6. Children

Inkfit is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

7. Retention

We retain your data for as long as you use the app or as needed to provide the service. On a deletion request, associated body photos, designs, and try-on results are removed within 30 days, except where retention is required for billing or legal reasons.
