Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Inkfit ("the App"), operated by Sentez Inc. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Inkfit.

2. No account required

Inkfit does not require you to create an account, sign up, or provide an email address. We use a pseudonymous device identifier and your App Store account to restore purchases and link your content to your device.

3. What Inkfit is (and isn't)

Inkfit is a preview and design tool. It uses AI to generate original tattoo designs and to composite them onto photos of your body. It is not a medical, dermatological, or professional tattooing service, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed tattoo artist.

4. Subscriptions

• Free tier: gallery browsing, 2D try-on with drag/resize/rotate, and a starter allowance of AI design generations. Saved and shared outputs are watermarked.
• Pro subscription: unlocks realistic 3D try-on, unlimited AI design generation, and watermark-free HD export. Offered as Weekly or Yearly plans, priced from $4.99 / $29.99 up to $9.99 / $49.99 depending on your locale and current test cohort. There is no free trial.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and auto-renew until cancelled. Manage or cancel via your Apple ID subscription settings.
• Restore purchases: available from Settings.

5. AI-generated content

AI outputs are probabilistic. Inkfit does not guarantee that a generated design or 3D try-on is anatomically perfect, tattoo-ready, or free of artifacts. Always review the design with your licensed tattoo artist before committing.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Inkfit to generate, upload, or share illegal, hateful, sexualized, or infringing content. Every generated and uploaded image is screened by an automated moderation classifier; we may remove content and suspend access for devices that violate these Terms.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the body photos and designs you upload. You grant Inkfit a limited license to process, moderate, store, and display them within the App for the purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for the rights to any design you upload.

8. Intellectual property

The Inkfit library, brand, code, and product design are the property of Sentez Inc. You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute Inkfit content outside of normal in-app share flows.

9. Termination

You may stop using Inkfit and request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hey@sentez.co. We may suspend or block access to the App for devices that violate these Terms or applicable law.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentez Inc. is not liable for any decision you make about getting a tattoo based on an Inkfit preview.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
